Private Candle Making Experience

For best results and long lasting results, please read the following care instructions:

• On first use allow candle to burn no longer than four hours to avoid tunneling.

• Before each use, trim wick ¼ of an inch.

• Place candle on heat resistant surfaces.

• Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. This includes sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are prohibited. Returns are accepted only in the event of damaged or incorrect items. Please note return requests will need to be reviewed and approved before a refund is processed.

Refunds

Refunds are given in the form of store credit only.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event of damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly resolve the issue. You have 4 days after receiving the item to submit a claim via email. To start a claim, you can contact us at fourscentscs@gmail.com with your name and order number. On retrieval, your return will be inspected. We will notify you of an approved return via email with a return shipping label, as well as return instructions. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. This includes items returned without approval.

Shipping Policy

Each item is carefully handmade with love. Please allow up to 10 business days for candle production and 3 business days for shipping. We ship via USPS taking about 3-8 business days. A tracking number will be sent via email upon shipment.
