Refunds

All sales are final. This includes sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are prohibited.

Returns are accepted only in the event of damaged or incorrect items. Please note return requests will need to be reviewed and approved before a refund is processed.

Refunds are given in the form of store credit only. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event of damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly resolve the issue. You have 4 days after receiving the item to submit a claim via email.

To start a claim, you can contact us at fourscentscs@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please keep all packaging and submit detail photos of the damage with your request.

On retrieval, your return will be inspected. We will notify you of an approved return via email with a return shipping label, as well as return instructions.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. This includes items returned without approval.
